The winner will be informed via - email and/or phone call and will be directed where to receive their prize. The winner will have two (2) weeks to respond to the winner notification email and/or phone call. If they have not responded in the allotted time frame the prize will be awarded to a runner-up.

Employees of Property Hunters or any of its affilliates and their relatives are not eligible to win. Winners must be a resident of Windsor and Essex County and be 18 years of age. Winners must agree to accept the prize as described in published materials, without subsitution or cash option.
Winners agree that Property Hunters may use their name and picture in association with the prize awarded in any publication deemed necessary.
A skill testing question must be answered correctly in order for the prize to be awarded.
